Bankruptcy

IF I was under chapter 13 for 4 years and than married. The chapter 13 was dismissed. Now ceditors want to sue and take assets from the marriage. Total 23000.00 owed to ceditors from chapter 13. They want 10.000.00 now to settle. OR they will take me to court and take my wifes small business that she hust started. I had to sign on loan only. She used her house for security. She paid for it herself.
