What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Carbondale, IL

To Make a long story short they froze my account 6yrs ago. Saying that the Individual or Company that gave me the funds, stated that they wanted the money returned to them. They even said Some "3rd party Gov agency contacted them"

when asked if they had any "legal instrument, giving them legal authority to seize my funds" they said NO. Meaning that they do not have a levy, subpoena, garnishment, or Court order.

They also discussed my account with an individual who was not on my account
The Money is still in the account, they service the account, they also sent me a new ATM card when mine expired last year.

I am planning on suing them, please give me grounds that I can sue on,
and what laws might be violated here. what cases I can site, or how to find cases like mine.

Please Just give the information I requested, it is already FACTUAL information that they have NO legal right to deny me access to my account.
and since this has been going on for sometime now I am suing them. For much more than the 19k that's in my account
