What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?ALABAMA.Me and my husband are being sued from providian.The thing is he is on social security and they can not garnish his pay checks,but we own a 98 gmc jimmy.Can they sell our car to get their payment?We owe1,707.58.The account was open in Dec.99 and we had already been late on payment by 2000.Can you explain al.sol.Should we borrow money from the bank and give them the title to ensured the saftey of my vehicle?
