| Assuming that NC laws apply, the SOL for a written contract is 3 years.
So, if the 'last action' (payment or breach) was more than 3 years ago (as your post implies), then the debt would be unenforcable. I would suggest you contact the 'corporation' and ask them to provide you with a 'validation' of the debt, to include a full accounting. Then, if their dates agree with yours, you can simply advise the court (by filing) tha the SOL clock has 'tolled' on the debt.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
