BIG BANK VS.'lil me


What is the name of your state? pa

5 yrs ago , signed a note with BIG BANK for auto purchase.
i have made all 60 payments but the bank says no.
does not appear BANK posted payment #1- which occurred 5 years ago. i do not have records dating back 5 years to provide cancelled check to prove otherwise.
what is my recourse against BIG BANK?

Is your bank account with this same bank? It may take some research but they can pull your check history. Give them a time frame and you can get all your cancelled checks from them. Then go about proving it.
