arkansas i have a bill that when started was 260.00.i called to make payments. the lady said i owed 380.00 for lawyers fees and legal fees.i ask for a summary of my bill from start of the bill.ask to see my payments and does not show the started balance or last payment i made.i should have rights to what i owe.
