bk13 & Judgments

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

My husband and I are presently in bk13 for 3 yrs, and we have just been sued by a civil matter that involved (defendants) my husband and son. The plantiff was awarded by the judge $16,500 for pain & suffering through a judgment.
I need to know if this judgment can be added to bk13 and effects
of it. The judgment has not been served yet. (help please).

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
