BofA overdraft charges Is it legal for bofa to charge me $160.00 per day when I was overdrawn for three days?
I can't understand how that could possibly be legal?! They weren't having to cash additional checks, and obviously I wasn't increasing the amount of my overdraft by getting cash out--so, why isn't the overdraft charge a one time fee? Why do they get to charge me for each day that I'm overdrawn, but I have to wait a day before a check will even be credited to my account, which, by the time it's deposited will already be spent on the 160.00 overdraft fee!
