Question

bond money

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state?

AZ my soon to be ex-husband paid a cell phone bill over the phone with my checking account but account was closed this was about 2 1/2 years ago. I went to visit a friend in jail and it came up I had a warrant with a $500 bond They were going to put me in jail I had my 9 year old son if I didn't come up with the bond so I used rent money to do this. Does any one know about how long it takes to get bond money back after initial court apperarance which is tues the 15 of Nov? Also is there anything i can do about my ex he also made empty envelope deposits into Wells Fargo acct now I owe them $700 when he stole my atm card from mail box.

Okay, your post is very confusing. First of all, the bond issue is beyond the scope of this forum since we only answer banking and credit questions here. Ask that part of it in a different forum.

Secondly, are we talking about an ex husband or a person you are still married to, but you are in the process of a divorce? Was the account in your name only? Have you reported any of this to the police? I really don't like to play 20 questions so give us more info or we can't help you.

Excuse me

[font=Comic Sans MS] I am sorry that I did not provide information to your satisfaction but is the sarcasm really necessary. I mean realy I appreciate the fact that this a free advice forum but not at the expense of you making me look like a fool.

Now this is still my husband though we are separated not I have not done any kind of police report because of the fact Wells Fargo told me that I compromised the security of my account because he had my atm card. The account was in my name only. thanks for your help.

Apparently, you don't know the definition of sarcasm. You might want to look that up and try again.

In the meantime, I'll let someone else help you. I'm not in the mood for attitude problems right now. Have a good night.

sar·casm <noun>
Definitions: cutting language

Ok there is your definition and your perfect example of sarcasm but the attitude problem is yours. I don't mean to be rude but the way you reply to people is unnecessary at times.
Again thanks for your help!

Once the case is disposed of, and any applicable fines and/or court costs are paid, the remainder of the bail will be refunded. This is assuming that you paid it directly to the courts, not a bail bondsman. File charges against your husband as long as the statute of limitations hasnt yet passed.
