| I am trying to buy a judgment from a person in Michigan. I live in Illinois. I have filled out an assignment of judgment that has been notarized by myself and the person who I'm buying the judgment from. I sent the assignment of judgment to the 70th Judicial District court in Saginaw, Michigan and the Judge said that I needed to be an attorney to assign the judgment over to me. I have bought judgments before with no problem. What should I do. Mark Blemaster imthebaldguy@aol.com |
