C&D Request Violation - now what?

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I sent a request for validation and C&D letter to Allied Interstate by CRRR. The USPS tracking website showed it recieved on 11/21, though I don't have the green card back yet.

They have since left a message on our answering machine on 11/28. Since they had already received my C&D, do I have any recourse?

They may contact you once to tell you they received the letter, are closing your file or, going to take any other action.
