C/A freeze my joint bank account

What is the name of your state? New York
My husband was sue for a delinquent credit cards, It was never a joint credit card account and I have nothing to do with his credit card charge, now he have a judgment against him, and the C/A freeze my joint bank account I have with him, is there any thing I can do to have my bank account release

Sorry. They had the right to freeze the account since it has his name on it.

Open an account in your name alone and use it. That is about all you can do.
