Can anyone answer

i need to know what is best and accurate way to get a credit card, i applid chase card but refused, i am new in the country like 5 months, what should i do. Somebody told me to apply to Macy's credit card but they will also check your credit history which i dont have. Please anyone can let me know what to do and when.

They're ALL going to check your credit history. Start with a secured card. Ask at your bank.
