can a bank seize funds

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Texas

I am behind on my credit card payments and am expecting a rollover of my 401 k retirement funds. Can the bank seize these funds and apply them towards my debt?

You have left out some important info. Let's get started filling in the gaps.

Is the credit card with the same bank? Does the credit card company have a judgment? Will that rollover be an electronic transfer or a check?
