can I collect

What is the name of your state? Nevada
Based upon promises to pay have sent money on verbal promises to pay to this company for the past 14 years. Is there a statue of limitations for one to collect on promises only. Pres. & VP in New York City area and COO in Glendale, Calif. Would anyone pursue this on a contingency basis. Amount at present is abount $95,000 owed. Mel
