Can I file criminal charges?

What is the name of your state? TEXAS
My ex wife is a foreign national. I allowed her to be an authorized user on my amex and master card. I got her an amex and mastercard with her name on so she could use them to buy food and stuff. We got divorced and I cancelled her credit cards. The b i t c h kept using them for 4 months after the divorce was final. Can I file criminal charges against her for fraud? The day before the divorce was final she flew back to Italy and used those cards in Italy. Apparently the merchants accepted those cards, because the friggin bank didn't follow my instructions. She is saying that she didn't know the divorce came through and that I cancelled the cards because the merchants accepted them when she bought food and other c r a p. Now they are saying I must pay. What can I do??

I realize you have issues with women which is why you hit your ex-wife forcing her to flee to Italy. I'm not scared of you though, and I can post where ever I want.

Here is your other thread by the way.

Second verse, same as the first.

I told you I can post where ever I want. I will stop for now though. You'll see that other Senior Members here are not exactly going to fall over themselves to help you since your questions have already been answered, ryanbiker.

KUDO'S for the wife.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Dear Attila or Ryan or whatever your name is --

No. You cannot file criminal charges. Only the DA can file criminal charges.

You can go down to the police station and file a complaint. But, I caution you that you might find yourself on the wrong side of the bars. Cops take a really dim view of smart-mouth jerks who hit women. It seems they consider it "unmanly".

You file a complaint on her and she files a complaint on you. Guess who will wear an orange jumpsuit first? Of course, my guess is that you are not a stranger to orange jumpsuits anyway. Right?

DEBTGUY: She has no proof that I hit her....she never called the cops, just went back to Italy. Now, can I get the DA to file criminal charges against her cuz she used the cards after we got divorced and I cancelled her as an authorized user? Is it a criminal or civil mater?????

Attila the pondscum - you just don't get it do you? It is neither a criminal nor a civil matter, it's a moral matter, you hit a woman. You're a coward and a jerk and deserve everything that happens to you.

To preserve your rights to dispute a cc charge under the Fair Credit Billing Act the dispute must be reduced to writing and sent to the cc issuer within 60 days of the first statement that shows the disputed charges.
Looks like you're SOL all the way around.

Not to mention that if you read his other deranged posts, you will see he freely admits that he got the divorce and then DID NOT tell her for a few months, so she had no way of knowing they were divorced since she was not in the U.S.

JERK!
