I live in kentucky. And I am thinking about filing chapter 7
I own a 94 van which is paid off. Which values about 4500.00
It is our only vehicle and I have 5 children. Can they make me sell my vehicle if its the only one I have.

You are allowed only $1200 value per vehicle. A possible way around it would be to transfer ownership to someone else till after your bankruptcy hearing.
