Can a repo man break into my garage to repo a car?
Can he stop me on the highway to repo the car?
Can he follow me and repo the car off the street?
* I guess the answer to this ? is an obvious yes.

Different states have different laws. However, in general:

No, they can't go into your garage.

"stop you on the road" isn't likely. Instead, he'd/she'd just follow you until you weren't in the car anymore.

Repo guys usually aren't agressive or threatening. They simply want the car, and they'll pick it up eventualy when you leave it unoccupied. NEVER get in their way if they begin to take it... you can get into a whole lot of trouble.

Most states prevent a 'recovery' where doing so would be a 'breach of peace'. This means they can't break into your garage, pull you over on the street, etc.

However, they can seize the vehicle when found on public property (like the street or a parking lot) or even your driveway.
