**A: no, at least not at this point. But, the credit card company can take you to Court and get a judgement.
Then file the judgement as a lien on your free and clear property. Then they could file for foreclosure of the property to get repaid.
Creditors just love to lien the homes and a bonus is when the property is free and clear. The lien automatically takes first position on title since there is no mortgage.
