i am the book keeper bus in hawaii- current owner went to nevada for medical treatment - but given addr was brother's and he says owner is on way to colorado. can't reach owner. if rent not paid on monday - current bank bal is in red - lease is default and landlord can evict w/o legal notice on 11th as per lease aggreement. old owner supposedly is still bound to lease and would try to take it back - he is talking to attorney on tuesday.
question - what to tell the vendors - give owner's brother's addr? since he said to forward mail there - even though i know he isn't there?
mgr is not taking control of anything - except wants $ due him. asst mgr and i hope enough $ to pay employees something - think we will close monday - should change locks to keep keyholders fr allowing emps to take things.
I'm confused, acting as mgt, and being 2 mo pregnant doesn't help. |
