| A judgment is a piece of property sellable by law if I'm not mistaken. If a person wants to sell me her judgment and I want to buy it, why should a judge not allow it because he has never come across this type of situation before. What is the law on this issue in the 70th judicial district court in saginaw, michigan. A judge can tell me I can't do a lot of things but if the law says I can then I have to have some recourse. | Purchasing for pennies on the dollar is I believe quite legal. There are judgment collector businesses out there that help locate the assets for you and take a percentage of the total take as their payment. ____________________________________________________________ I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship. |
