#1 I had a credit card which was stolen it was used...turns out it was someone in my house who used it and they said i was liable for it??? (is this true?)

#2 I received a collections letter , and so I paid it..not the full amount but the collections agent and myself negotiated a one time payment amount to close it off...and I paid it...so the account was supposed to be closed...

#3 I receive another letter from Capital One saying i still owe them money, because there was another account, which there isn't, and they cannot give me any answers and say i still owe them money...I PAID THE AMOUNT WITH THE COLLECTIONS so the account shuold be closed..

They give me no answers, what can I do, and who can I talk to about this?
