Car Lease

What is the name of your state? South Carolina

I have a question.... My husband and I are in the middle of seperation. He leased a car about two years ago. Both of our names are on the lease but I never signed the contract. My question is- will I be held liable if the car is turned in before the lease is up since my signature isn't on the contract but my name is listed with my husbands? The contract in fine print states his name then I, my or me not both our names and then we or us. I need information ASAP.
