| we live in new jersey. my now ex-husband signed for a car for my daughter. he is in trouble for non-paymenton several things. my daughter fell behind on her payments but has been making payments and has been trying to get caught up. saturday they came and repossed her car. is there any way we can get the car back since she is making payments? if not is there any way to get her personal property back out of the car? thanks mary ann2 |
