florida- a friend borrowed $3000.00 from a title loan company. they charged her $300.00 per month for 7 months, than they moved to another city. changed the payment to $100.00 per month for the last 5 months. she still owes the $3000.00 after paying all those payments. now they informed her they are going to repo. her car. stated they are closing. and she has until aug 1st. to pay the $3000.00 in full.is this legal? can they repo. her car? how can she stop them?

First and foremost... they can do pretty much anything that they want IF it is allowed in their contract and your friend granted them permission by signing it. So, the answer to your question is.. READ THE AGREEMENT.

Then, if you see that they are doing something that is clearly NOT allowed, bring it to the forum with specifics and we will try to help. But, we cannot answer questions when we do not know ALL the facts.
