Easy, you send them the C&D letter and you tell them that any further contact with you MUST be by mail only, no more telephone calls. It may be worth noting in your letter that if they call demading money after you know they've gotten your letter, that it is a violation of the FDCPA and you quote the section. Let them know up front that you know your rights and will use the laws available to you.

You can find sample C&D's at www.creditinfocenter.com and www.creditnet.com

Re: Act # #######

Dear Sir or Madam:

I request that you CEASE and DESIST your phone calls to collect on the above account. It is my personal policy not to deal with collection agencies via phone and I will ONLY deal with this via mail. This includes ALL phone calls to Myself, Jeremy *****n and the co signer, #### #####.

You are hereby instructed to cease all phone calls immediately or face legal sanctions under applicable Federal and State law. I know my rights and will use them if anyone from your company calls ***** or me after I know you have received this letter via certified mail.
