chapter 7 bankruptcy

I was in an accident 2 years ago where a boy pulled out in front of me at a light ( against traffic), I hit him but it was his fault. But, considering I had no insurance (Salem, Oregon) it was my fault and my license got suspended for one year. The year has passed, but apparently the insurance company sued me for approx. $4300.00. I found out when I went to get my NM license and they said I have to pay off this judgement before Oregon will release the DMV hold, and allow the NM license to go through.
My question is that : Can I add this on to my previous Ch. 7 bankruptcy that was discharged approx. 2 1/2 years ago? Kenneth G. Egan was my attorney in NM for this case.
Thankyou-----Michelle I. Eng

Sorry, but you'rer stuck on this one. There is a bief time period when after discharge you may amend a debt that you left out but you can't add {or amend} to reflect debts incurred after filing.
