What is the name of your state? ky
if you file chapter 13, can you still keep your house if you are a month behind on payments? and if you do file, what do they do about your house payment?

No matter what you file, if you want to keep the house your going to have to get caught up on the payments.

As far as I know.. ALL payments go thru the Trustee.
