Chase bank

What is the name of your state? Michigan
I called chase bank to set up payment on 3 accounts over the phone. This was on the 3rd of the month!! I told the customer service that they payment are to be setup to go through on the 21 of the Month NOT before due to lack of funds!! They put the payment through the next day the 4th!! I called to complain and they ask me to fax the bounced check and fees that I would be getting. Which I did. to my surprise they sent me a letter saying according to thier records it was not their fault??! Am I able to sue them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act??

"Am I able to sue them under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act??"
*** No. Reasons:
1) As the creditor (presumably), they are not obligated to comply with the FDCPA, which only applies to 3rd party debt collectors.
2) You haven't described any specfic action that they did that would even be a FDCPA violation.
3) You haven't shown that their conduct was negligent or malicious and not an simple error.
4) And since this is all verbal, you have no proof of the claim of delayed payment.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
