| Check cashing entities
What is the name of your state? I am in Colorado. I had read the forum about check cashing places not being able to go after the company or bank that wrote a check and had stopped payment on it. I was questioninng....if an employer was told that an employee did not recieve their check, and they stop payment, however, the employee did recieve the check hours later in the mail and notified the employer. The employee was not notified of stop payment until after the check cashing place cashed it. Does the check cashing place have grounds to sue the employee for fraud? |
