A civil judgement was filed against my mother and I for a credit card in which I was an authorized user. She has been paying the law firm for the past 1 1/2 and the debt is almost satisfied. Is there anything that I could do to vacate this judgement once the debt is satisifed. I also tried to contact the law firm and they stated to me that they do not have any information on me but verified that they had information about my mother regarding the account. How could someone report something on your credit report but don't have any information on file about you?
