Closed credit card accounts

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX

When i contact BoA in reference to that status of my renewal credit card that have not received. The customer services representative informe me that my renew card has been denial due to derogatory information reported by Chase bank of a delinquent credit card account that doesn't belong to me.

Without any opportunity to explain my side or dispute the issues with the credit bureau. BoA closed that account and blocked my other Mastercard account as well. Is this legal?

Of course it is. There is NO 'right' to require a creditor to issue, or continue, providing credit to a debtor.
You simply failed to meet their credit requirements and they 'rejected' your renewal. And, of course, that does NOT waive your obligation to pay any unpaid balance.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
