Colecting a judgement

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I won a law suit for 4,800.00 plus filing fees and have been able to collect only half of my money thru garanishments and small payment. I have recently retruned to court for an interrogartory that i filed the judge order him to give me certain information which contains his drivers license, his car tags, and his bank accounts ( that he is not going to use). I also have his Social S. number. I have also placed a lien on his home) this has been going on for three years. He is working but is being paid in cash . What can i do to collect the remainding blance
