When collecting awards in a Florida civil case, what prevents a full award being collected? What sources for collecting awards can be considered? Can wages be garnished if current award is not reached?

Case and point, $100,000 awarded but only $1,000 available to distribute from known source, one bank account. What could be considered to collect the remainder of the award?

Thanks for your feedback....

Still need help collecting judgement

Could anyone help us where to go next? We were awarded a judgement about 6 months ago in Florida towards an unpaid 'loan/stolen monies'. We could only collect $1,000 of the $120,000 due. Seems no other funds were available to be collected. How can we assure the remainder amount will be collected at a later date through garnishing or whatever??

Where should we go next??

Thanks for all your help!!!
