Collecting JudgementWhat is the name of your state? Ohio My husband won a judgement against a former employer (a personal judegement, not against the business) here in Ohio. The man in question has since moved to Florida. Where would we start to try to collect this? It's over $25K and well worth the effort. By the way, the judgement was entered on January 29, 1999 - are we past the SOL for Ohio? Last edited by chinabloo; 07-21-2003 at 02:15 PM. |

| Judgments in OH are good for 21 years !! However, to collect from him in FL you're going to have to have the judgment domesticated to FL in order to have any hope of enforcing collection.
