Collecting unpaid commissions from Ch 11 Supplier

I'm in California and my supplier is in the State of Washington. I work as a commission only independent sales rep for this company. I am owed over $20,000 in past commissions, however, this company recently filed Ch 11 Bankruptcy thus negating my receipt of these commissions owed prior to the BK. Just prior to their filing the bankruptcy I ordered and received merchandise from this supplier at a cost of $9000+. Can I apply an "offset against commissions owed" and not pay this company since my order was submitted prior to their filing CH 11?
