CollectionI have filed a small claim against another person who owes me money. She does not have a job, but is collecting unemployment and I'm sure she will get a tax refund also. Is there any way that I can attach these things to get my money from her? I have looked online at the IRS website and at the unemployment website to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. |

| You're welcome. I'm sure your debtor will stumble in to some sort of job with wages you can garnish during the term of your judgment. Good luck! JASON@LEGISLATOR.COM |
