My parents keep having a collection agency Academy Collections call her everyday - They have sent them a letter to cease all phone calls- Well today a guy called her again and she asked him over and over about 10x for his comany's mailing address and he stated I am Not doing nothing Illegal by calling you - The next time I call you I will give you our comanys address -

Her question is can a collection agency refuse to give address,phone # and fax # ?

This same guy called on Tuesday 2x and when my dad answered in the second time the collection agency dude said - Oh why did it tkae you 6 rings to answer the phone ? My dad told him "It's my phone, I can answer it if I want to-

My mind is blank right now who should they notify ?

They must give you contact information. Your parents should email both the FTC and the Az. AG.
