collection company abuse

washington resident,a judgement was put against my bank account to pay a creditor for moneys owed.they took the money from my stepdaughters account to(she is 17)because her mothers name was on it.what i am really outraged about is that after this was done a couple months later this same credit agency is tring to get more money from me what can i do !!!!!!!!!!! more details can be sent if you can help me.
