| Company not paying credit cards I was a traveling consultant with a company. We were given a credit card to charge our travel expenses and I would send in an expense report weekly. The company would reimburse me the expenses and it would be my responsibility to pay the credit card co. The company has been behind in paying me the money and now I owe the cc company over $6,000. They have been calling me repeatedly and it has been stressing me out. One of my paychecks was returned and my account ended up being overdrawn. The company has not closed its doors and is presently operating. I have asked for direct answers regarding my credit card and all they would say is that they are working on it, but it has been some time and the cc company is about to sue me. My credit means a whole lot to me. The cc is in my name and company's name but I am held liable. What should I do? |
