| Credit card company have their own protection that if consumer disputes an item in their bill 6 months later, there is nothing that credit card company can do for you, so basically consumer "eats" that loss based on their time-frame policy. But, if it is the other way around and the credit card company made a mistake and is disputing an item on your bill and waits two years to dispute it, does the consumer have the same protection that credit card company has, and that is, that they would have to "eat" the loss because they waited too long based on the consumer's time-frame policy? Should'nt the consumer have the same rights? |
