MARRIED 12 YEARS AND HAVE CREDIT CARDS SEPERATE FROM HUSBAND AND I AM BEHIND ON CARD PAYMENTS CAN YOU TELL ME IF THEY CAN CHARGE HIM WITH MY DEPT HIS NAME IS NOWHERE ON MY CREDIT CARD.
