the credit card is adding on over limits fee when the account was closed?

What is the name of your state? Florida
The credit card company is adding on over the limit fee, when the account is closed?
What can I do ?
I'm on a payment plan and I'll never get the account down?

An account is not considered closed till it is paid off or otherwise the balance is shown as 0. Your rights to use the credit card have just been suspended. I would suggest making larger payments to avoid the additional charges.
