| Q1)"do the courts take in the debt negotiating program"
A1) No, the courts (in Texas) do not get involved in your attempts or ability to pay. They will only determine if the claim is valid and then render a judgment. The judgment itself will give the creditor additional actions that they can use to collect (more than just a 'normal' debt).
Q2) "or if i can't pay should i file bankruptsy and move on w/o any debt?"
A2) Without a complete review of your debt and current/future incomes, there is no way that any of us can answer that for you. Bankruptcy is NOT to be taken lightly, and it can affect (and cost) you for the next 10 years or so.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
