credit card debt

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

I have over 60,000 in credit card debt more than I make. My accounts are all up to date. My spouse will be filing for divorce. I cannot afford the home. I co-sign for my kids college loans. I would like to know if I filed debt settlement how long will that hurt my credit and how bad? Would I be able to get any type of credit? If I file debt consolidation, will that hurt my credit? Do you know a reptuable company I contact in Lansing, Michigan?
