| With the very limited information you provide as to his assets and debts, there is no way that anyone can advise whether bankruptcy is viable or not.
But, let me answer some of your question this way... if the creditor gets a judgment, OK provides some limited exemptions from seizure. A judgment creditor can seize his non-exempt assets, such as house, car, bank accounts (non-retirement), stocks, bonds, and even can file against his estate upon his death (insurance, house sale, etc.).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
