i live in the state of ohio my exhusband lives in kentucky. i get credit card applications in the mail in his name. i applied for some, got them and used them. i lost my job and i can't pay for them. he wants to file fraud charges. what are the fines and jail time i can receive for this.

When you find out, please let us know. This is, assuming of course, they have computers in your State Prisons with Internet access.
