Credit card issue(without signing amount debited from card)

What is the name of your state? Tamilnadu
Sir,
By Mistake i have swiped my credit card(never Purchased anything) and i havent sign the charge Slip.
Is that transaction Completed?
If Amount has been Deboitted from My account without my signature, what can i Do?
Called up Bank People, thay said they cant Do anything..?
Can i go ahead legally against Bank(which issued Credit card)?
Kindly reply ASAP
