Hello, Im late on my Discover credit card. Im 30days Late. In that period I have received over 150phone calls (no voicemail) Today I answered and they told me Im late and that I needed to make a payment of 116$ And that If i didnt make the payment thru them I was going to get charged 34$ more. Can I sue them for excessive phone calls? I get around 5-10phone calls daily. I owe them $2000. and I have been paying on time. This is the First time Im late.

Can I sue them? and How?

My, my, Mr. No respect for US law wants to try and profit again. Sorry, you have a business relationship with them. They were advising you that you are incurring a $34 late fee. Your spouse really picked a lemon.

PX Hx of OP will clarify ^ post.

OP. You MUST post your U.S. State for any real help. Or you can just pay the money you owe in whatever State or Country you are in to easily solve this issue. $116.00 is a hell of a lot less than the cost of an attorney to sue a creditor trying to get their money. ;)
