credit card venue from another state HELP PLEASE/


What is the name of your state? NORTH CAROLINA. I RECIEVED A FINAL NOTICE SUIT NOTIFICATION, I NEVER RECIEVED A FIRST NOTICE. ANYWAY A CREDITCARD COMPANY IS SUINING ME FOR $ 7,257.73, . THE NOTICE CAME FROM NEW YOUR, AND IT TELLS ME IT IN WILL BE IN MY HOMETOWN CLEVELAND COUNTY NORTH CAROLINA. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT, I DRAW SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY. 501 A MONTH, CAN THEY TAKE THIS FROM ME? IM WORRIED.I REMEMBER THE CREDITCARD, AND IT WAS A $5,000.00 DOLLAR CARD.ON THIS LETTER THERE IS NO SIGNATURE NO WHERE,IT IS FROM UNITED ABSTRACT GROUP,INC. FROM NEW YOUR ,PLEASE ANY HELP WILL BE APPRICATED, AND MORE THING IF IT DOES COME TO COURT HERE WILL I HAVE TO GO APPREAR. OR WILL THERE BE A JUDGEMENT PUT AGAINST ME?, THANK YOU brunett47

I WASNT AWARE I WAS YELLING LOL
JUST. BECAUSE I USE CAPS ,IS THIS PERSONALLY HURTING YOUR EARS. THANK YOU. brunett47
